Two small porcelain dishes. Both sold together. 3 3/4" across each one. Each one has a bird along with a tree. Gold edging and gold outline the birds and trees. Both of them have some glaze crazing and are stained in the center of each dish—a cream color porcelain. The gold circle with a center cross mark is on the back. The marks look like they were hand-painted. The pattern looks like the Shimazu Family Crest.
