Vintage felt pennant from Philadelphia, PA. This is from the 1940s thru 1950s era souvenir pennant. It displays a picture of Betsy Ross House and the Liberty Bell. 26" long X 8 1/4". The red felt is slightly faded. The blue felt streamers on the side are somewhat damaged, one is shortened, and there are several tack holes.
