1990 - 1991.  Desert Shield - Desert Storm.  A laser etched out gold plated on brass ornament.  Humming bird with flowers and star above.  "Ornament of Hope - Florida".  I believe that each state may have had one.  This is the " Premier Edition".  No papers. 3 1/8" high X 2 7/8" wide.  It comes stored in its own velvet covered cardboard holder.
