Antique porcelain hat pin holder.  Only  2 " tall but it will hold up to nine hat pins.  There is a very tiny chip on the top edge along with a few small cracks near the top. It is very solid and is a very pretty hand-painted white with blue edge flowers and green leaves on porcelain holder for your shorter pins.
